- Do people can share the same motivations in life?
Yes, they do. Despite that every one of us is different, I think that there are motivations to do something that are experienced by many persons at the time. For example, I’m pretty sure that many parents work hard to bring the best scenarios to their family to live. Probably that does not apply for all the parents, but is must be a big group which share that motivation.
- What motivates you to keep going, to achieve your goals?
In my case, different motivations apply depending on the goal or the task that I do. In the daily life goals, I’m almost always motivated for self-satisfaction. For example, when I go out cycling to do exercise, I force myself to overpass every other cyclist that I see in the road. Sometimes I force my body so much to achieve it and I do not gain any trophy for that, but I feel proud for myself and that makes me feel that the effort worth. And the same applies for a lot of things, I just do my best to be proud of me.
But in bigger goals, for example my career, there are many motivations, some of them are economical, familiars, self-development, curiosity and so on.

As we saw in the video, people who have a non-creative job, just some algorithmic one, make a better performance if they get more money, which is not the case of the people who have to think, create and design, so, not necessarily people share the same motivations in life.
However, in the case of the second group of people they will have, in a broader scale, the same kind of motivations, such as, autonomy, mastery and a purpose.
Nonetheless, the way that people could choose to get these things could be different. If we talk about having a purpose, every one in his or her single work can have different desires according to what they can and love to do. The same happens with autonomy and mastery.
